Delete your account
You can delete your BoopDiSnoot account and personal data at any time. Here's how.
In the app
- Open the BoopDiSnoot app.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm by entering your password.
Your account and data are queued for deletion immediately and permanently removed within 30 days.
By email
If you can't access the app, email us at hello@boopsnoot.in from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email, phone number, and password.
- Your pet profiles, photos, and notes.
- Your posts, comments, messages, and likes.
- Your saved partners, bookings, and preferences.
What we may retain
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., tax or fraud prevention).
- Backup copies for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently purged.
