These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoopDiSnoot mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using BoopDiSnoot, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@boopsnoot.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, posts, comments). By posting, you grant BoopDiSnoot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You are responsible for the content you post.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
  • No animal abuse content of any kind.
  • No spam, scams, or impersonation.
  • No illegal content or activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Partner Services

Vets, groomers, and other service partners listed on BoopDiSnoot are independent businesses. We verify partners before listing them but do not guarantee their services. Any transaction or treatment is between you and the partner.

6. License (EULA)

Subject to these Terms, BoopDiSnoot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BoopDiSnoot is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoopDiSnoot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
